Christmas in July? While the Heat Rises, So Does the Holiday Spirit…
It might be 90 degrees outside, but in my little corner of Florida, Christmas is knocking at my door to also enjoy some air conditioning!
I started designing mugs as a creative way to bring some comfort into everyday life. And this July, I find myself creating designs while sipping my coffee. Yes, I must have my coffee even in this hot weather! Ha.
This year’s holiday designs are starting out inspired by different things I’m gravitating towards:
🎄 Simple red and green patterns with a rustic nostalgic farmhouse feel
🕯️ Vintage folk art with a Nordic twist
☕ Cozy and whimsical woodland scenes that feel like catnaps by a cabin fireplace (even if you’re just on the porch)
🧣 And of course, timeless gingham — that little checkered charm that never goes out of style
This is the start of my designs and there will be more influences, and new mugs added as days go by.
